Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds​

• Full Refund:

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment before the first scheduled tutoring session.

• No Refund:

  • You miss a session without prior notice ("no-show").

• No Refund Policy for Digital Orders - All sales of digital products are final.

Rescheduling Policy

• Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.​

Package Deals  (e.g., 5 or more sessions)

• If you request a cancellation after some sessions have been used, a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of unused sessions.

Tutor Cancellations

If a tutor cancels a session for any reason:

• You may reschedule at no extra cost.

• Or, you may request a full refund for that canceled session.
